AutoQ may share your personal information for the above-mentioned purposes and lawful bases with third parties when required, where it is necessary to administer the relationship with you, or where we have another legitimate interest in doing so. However, AutoQ does not transfer your personal data outside Qatar, in compliance with Qatar’s Personal Data Protection Law.

AutoQ retains your personal data to fulfill its intended purpose and for historical archiving. We securely destroy, erase, or anonymize your personal data to ensure that it cannot be restored after exceeding the specified retention period.
Your Rights

AutoQ has the right to reject your request. AutoQ will inform you within 15 days of receiving the request regarding the rejection and provide an explanation. In case your request is incomplete, AutoQ will inform you within 10 days to complete your request. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with Qatar’s Personal Data Protection Authority.
Update of Privacy Policy
AutoQ has the right to review and update the Privacy Policy. In case of any changes, you will be informed, and you will receive the new privacy notice.
